In-Shop Computer Repair

It is $58 for a full in-depth diagnostic, where we check both your computer's hardware and software for problems. We then will give you a call by the next business day for most repairs and inform you of what is wrong with your computer and how much it will cost to fix it.
The minimum carry-in service rate is $58 an hour and no matter how long it takes we never charge more than $95 unless there is part or a data backup.
We also offer a 30 day labor warranty with all our work.
Data recovery is $99 and backups are $58.
All parts are to be paid for up-front before we can order them. It usually takes 3-5 business days for parts to arrive and we usually complete the repair in the same day we receive the part.

Remote Support
Having a problem with your PC or Mac but you don't want to bring it in? We now offer remote support as an option for a flat fee of $69. This is a convenient option for those that are experiencing software related issues. Call (315)468-2665 to schedule an appointment.
We build custom desktop computers of all varieties just Call (315)468-2665 and either setup an appointment where we can walk you through the process of building your own computer or have us send you a couple of chioces to pick from ranging from low, medium and high level builds.
